My cat from hell

There was a tiny, black cat in Junpei’s hands. Grip firm, holding the cat with outstretched arms as to get it as far away as possible. Takuya blinked. Junpei did as well.

”Is… is Kouji here?”

”He was yesterday”, Takuya answered and stepped back inside.

Junpei followed him, cat still held at arm’s lenght. Didn’t even kick off his shoes.

”What’s with the cat?” Takuya asked.

Grabbed his wallet from a table and put it in his back pocket. Junpei huffed behind him.

”It’s a hellspawn is what it is.”

Takuya laughed. Junpei didn’t and the laughter died out just as quickly. Takuya opened the door to the study.

”Kouji?”

”In here.”

Ah. Takuya closed the door with a smile and went to the bathroom instead. Opened the door and leaned against the doorframe. Kouji was in the bathtub, arms resting on the side and his head on his arms.

”Want to join?” Kouji asked and smiled.

”Would love to”, Takuya stepped inside, leaned down and gave Kouji a kiss, ”but you have a visitor and I have errands to run.”

He dipped his fingers into the water. It was warm and Takuya frowned. Kouji would usually take a cold shower and not soak in the tub.

”You’ll still be here when I get back?” Takuya asked.

”Probably”, Kouji closed his eyes. ”I’ll hide in the study if you’re bringing someone.”

Junpei peeked inside and Kouji opened his eyes again, frowned when he noticed the cat. Takuya buried his fingers in Kouji’s hair, felt his head move as his eyes traced over Junpei.

”Gia is gonna be mad”, he laughed. ”Shoes off, Junpei.”

”Yeah, yeah”, Junpei didn’t move to take them off. ”I need your help.”

”Is it urgent?”

Kouji closed his eyes again and leaned back, let his arms sink down into the water. Takuya sat down on the edge of the tub, kept his eyes on Kouji. He could still see Junpei move in the corner of his eyes.

”Is it urgent?” Junpei repeated. ”Is it…”

He lifted the cat a bit higher, as to make a point. Takuya snorted.

”Take this hellspawn before I drown it in the tub with you.”

”You wouldn’t”, Kouji said.

Didn’t move. His eyes were a little too closed to be relaxed, but he wasn’t hunched over or holding his hand against one of his sore spots. He was in pain, Takuya realized, but not more than a five. He grabbed Kouji’s hand and squeezed it. He wouldn’t want Takuya’s help for anything less than an seven.

”I need to leave now”, Takuya said. ”I’ll be back in a couple of hours.”

He stood up, dried his arm and gestured for Junpei to go back out. Junpei didn’t move until Takuya grabbed his arm and turned him around, dragged him out of the bathroom and closed the door.

”Give him ten or so minutes”, Takuya said as he let go. ”Then he’ll be ready to help you with… whatever this is.”

He gestured at the cat, who chose that exact moment to let out a stream of pee right on Junpei’s shoes. Junpei’s face got red, lips thin, and Takuya put a hand infront of his mouth to hold back a laugh. He patted Junpei’s arm.

”I’m sure the two of you can figure it out.”

With that he hurried to the door, grabbed his coat and left before Junpei could do anything. He shook his head as the door closed. He just hoped the cat wouldn’t be there when he returned.

The Sucky Outdoors:

Contestants camp out in the woods and return the next morning. First team back wins, last team back sends someone home. Also everyone must be present for your team to count as being “back”

Each team does well in getting to the site of their camps. Each team manages to make a fire. Sounds of the night scare Chie, Yukari and Makoto though.

Yukari got scared while she and Mitsuru were off gathering firewood, resulting in the two of them running into a nearby cave. Chie and Makoto were both at their camps when they were spooked.

Tensions between Makoto and Haru also grow. Ryuji helps calm Makoto down by doing his general punching bag shtick and generally the campers have a good time.

Yukari and Mitsuru end up lost in the cave. Mitsuru does her best to comfort Yukari, who’s still freaked out.

The teams make it back pretty safely, with the Bears’ general outdoors experience netting them the win. The Cats are not far behind them. Since Yikari and Mitsuru got seperated from the dogs, they lose the challenge.

Mitsuru takes the fall for Yukari’s freakout. Mitsuru claims that she was the one who freaked out, since she’d never stayed overnight in the woods before. Akihiko doesn’t really buy that Mitsuru would freak out, but it doesn’t matter.

4-3 Mitsuru’s eliminated. “I’m Mitsuru Kirijo, I don’t need $100000 anyway”.

Phobia Factor:

Time for our persona users to face their fears. I don’t care enough to come up with one for everyone.

Once again, Yukari, Chie and Makoto fail to stay brave in this challenge. Yosuke also gets spooked, meaning the Dogs win today. Yukari cosies up to Fuuka and Junpei, claiming they should have a same age alliance. Fuuka and Junpei accept her offer.

What Chris does to Sumire just ain’t fair ngl. No wonder she remained frightened. (Something something bus accident). The Cats’ final scare manages to spook Akechi of all people. It was Joker getting hurt by someone that isn’t him. He just did his challenge away from everyone else because he didn’t want anyone to know that that was his fear.

Futaba’s gotten to work on Haru, while Akechi’s trying to get Makoto on his side. Unfortunately for our scaredy-cats:

Haru’s suspicion + Futaba’s current hold on the cats’ social game got Makoto out 5-2. Futaba seems to think that Ryuji was the one who voted her with Makoto though, not Akechi. Akechi’s gonna try to out manipulate Futaba.

Up The Creek:

This challenge is sorta complicated. The teams are canoeing to Boney Island, traversing it, making a rescue fire and then canoeing back. They canoe there in two boats, each containing three contestants.

For the dogs: The two alliances split up. Fuuka, Junpei and Yukari in one boat; Ken, Akihiko and Shinji in the other.

Bears: Yosuke is hitching a ride with Chie and Yukiko. They decided to split by grade i guess.

Cats: Futaba, Yusuke and Akechi are going together. Haru was sent to hang out with the jocks to interrogate Ryuji.

On the boat trip there, Shinji distracts Akihiko by challenging him to swim to boney island. Shinji uses the opportunity to talk to Ken about the convo with Akechi leading into Aigis’ elimination. Ken assures Shinji that nothing’s going on, it was just strategic. Shinji leaves it at that.

Yukari gets into Junpei and Fuuka’s better graces by rowing. Same thing goes for Yosuke on his boat, though Yosuke was coerced.

Haru asks Ryuji about the vote from yesterday, to which he explains that he voted Makoto because she cost them the challenge. Haru’s thrown for a loop by this.

All three teams make it to boney island and traverse the place to the other shore with minimal issues. The only issue ends up being that Ryuji gets mauled by a bear trying to protect Rise, who got seperated from her team.

The Dogs reach the shore first and thus win the challenge. The cats (minus ryuji) get there second. The bears get there third, but since ryuji was left behind, the cats are considered the losers.

And since Ryuji got mauled by a bear, he’s taken out of the competition. No vote, he’s just too injured to keep going.

Paintball Deer Hunter:

Futaba is seen Mwehehehing. Clearly she’s up to something.

For this challenge, each team is seperated into two groups: Hunters and Deer. The hunters have to shoot the other team’s deer with paintballs. The team with the most deer shot wins.

For the cats: the hunters are Futaba and Akechi, while their deer are Yusuke, Haru and Sumire.

The dogs: Yukari’s the only hunter. Everyone else is a deer… (this isn’t how it was inteded, but the mwehehehing from earlier is meant to foreshadow this)

The bears: Yosuke is the only deer. Everyone else is a hunter. He is audibly upset by this.

(Futaba cheated. She rigged the selection process so this would happen).

Akechi’s ruthlessness as a killer makes this an easy win for the cats, ngl. This episode’s really underwhelming, aside from the fact that all hunters that aren’t bears found Yosuke at the same time and all shot him.

Bears lose, because the Yosuke kill was counted as Yukari’s since she hit him first. The bears vote Yosuke.

What else was gonna happen here? Bro fumbled camouflage when his hair is plant colored.

Welcome to total drama persona. I’ve pit three teams of persona users (well, two teams of all persona users and one team that has a goddess but they needed an 8th member) against each other through the challenges of total drama island 2007 tosee who comes out on top. Since there’s three teams, i’m putting in AS’ spa hotel as a reward for the winning team, while the losing team has to vote someone off.

For our teams we have:

Not So Happy Campers:

The three teams will first compete in a cliffdive competition. The team with the most divers gets carts that make bringing crates to base camp easier. There they’ll construct hot tubs from the parts in the crates. The team who has the best hot tub in Chris McLean(the host)’s opinion wins.

The cats win the carts, cause even Futaba would probably jump, given that she always goes directly with the thieves through all their dungeon crawling adventures. Given these are the Royal thieves, they’re all making huge leaps in palaces n stuff.

I also think that the bears are more likely to get all their members off the cliff cause Chie would just push everyone. I doubt Fuuka or Yukari’s jumping without any pressure though, meaning the dogs have more chicken hats.

The dogs would get their carts to camp before the bears cause they have more strong members. Also the bears have the least techsperience of anyone here, so their hot tub is easily the worst.

The cats win here not because of tech, cause fuuka is the most techsperienced person competing, but because Yusuke painted their hot tub, which Chris thought looked nice, meaning the cats get luxury tonight.

The bears have to vote someone off. They’re voting their bear.

Marie survives because Teddie likely said something out of pocket (as he usually does). 7-1 vote, most likely.

The Big Sleep:

The first part doesn’t matter. The challenge is simple. Stay awake as long as possible. First team to be fully asleep loses. Last team to still have members/a member awake wins spa hotel.

Aigis is actually first to fall asleep, cause she’s on a 24 hour timer. Nobody else is, though Ken isn’t exactly far behind.

Between the cats and dogs i feel like being able to pull an all nighter in the metaverse is more impressive than any staying awake feats sees has. Sees has fuuka’s ten day stay in tartarus, but that was 10 hours for her. The thieves had at least twelve in Maruki’s palace. Tl;dr Dogs Lose.

The bears win against the cats though, cause goddesses don’t sleep. Tl;dr Marie sweep. IT get luxury.

Alliances formed. For the dogs: Yukari and Mitsuru formed an alliance. Fuuka and Junpei formed an alliance. Ken, akihiko and shinji formed one (we are assuming post femc still alive shinji).

For the bears: Chie and Yukiko (obviously). Kanji and Naoto (begrudgingly on Naoto’s part) and nobody else.

For the cats: Futaba and Yusuke (+Akechi, because Futaba’s scheming). Ann, Haru and Makoto formed one. Ryuji and Sumire just kinda paired up cause there’s nobody else willing to work with either.

Futaba tells Akechi to convince Ken to get the dogs to vote off Aigis. Akechi understands how that’d be advantageous and uses is best detective prince smile while speaking to Ken. Ken’s strong social position allows him to also get Fuuka and Junpei in on the vote.

Meaning that in a (probably) 5-2-1 vote (idk who Aigis, Yukari and Mitsuru voted for tbh) Aigis goes home. If only she had a more durable battery.

Dodgebrawl:

The challenge is slightly different. The teams will be doing 7 v 7 games of dodgeball (One Cat sits out). Team with most wins gets luxury. Team with least wins votes someone off.

Initially Futaba sits out cause she sucks at physical activity. During the Dogs v Cats game however, Ryuji loses his footing because of his knee injury, costing the Cats the match. They make him sit out the next match.

First the dogs face the bears though. Easy win for the dogs. The bears have hard hitters like Chie and Kanji but it’s not enough.

The cats, now with futaba instead of Ryuji cause he’s injured, now face the bears. It’s tense. Chie and Kanji hit like trucks, but so do Makoto and Yusuke. Yosuke almost dodges everything, but a well timed Sexy Technique❤️ sacrifice play from Ann takes Yosuke out of the game. At that point, the Cats’ numbers advantage overwhelms Chie and Kanji.

Rise decides to work on an alliance with Yosuke. She also convinces Naoto and Kanji to help her with a vote against Marie (Rise doesn’t like Marie). Chie and Yukiko vote Rise with Marie (Chie and Marie don’t like Rise).

4-3 vote sends the Bears’ goddess home despite the fact that she carried them last episode, all because Rise was a little annoyed by her.

Not Quite Famous

Talent show. Each team sends three acts. Each act gets judged. Team with the most points by the end wins, team with least points sends someone home.

The Dogs: Akihiko wants to punch something very hard hard and break it. Junpei plans to hold another Junpei’s Believe it or don’t. Finally they decide Shinji should cook.

The Bears: Kanji’s making a plushy. Rise’s singing and… idk Chie’s doing backflips or something.

The Cats: Yusuke’s painting, Ann’s modelling and Sumire’s doing a gymnastics routine.

While the performances are happening, Futaba gets to work on Ryuji. She convinces him that the girl’s alliance is planning to boot him. She suggests that he and Sumire vote for Ann tonight, should the cats lose, as Ann’s their weakest link. Ryuji agrees, mostly to save his own skin.

In an attempt to make herself useful, Yukari decides to sabotage one of the other performances, specifically Yusuke’s paint. As a result, the Cats have a rough start. Junpei’s believe it or don’t also doesn’t hit with the audience that well. Chie’s backflips are ironically the winner of the first round. Futaba saw Yukari sabotage the paint, since she planted the paint there in hopes someone’d try the sabotage.

Akihiko, Kanji and Ann all do pretty well. Ann’s Sexy Technique❤️ gets the cats their first points. The other teams are still ahead though.

Finally, Shinji’s cooking and Rise’s singing knock it out of the park. Sumire unfortunately messes up part of her routine. Rise got 1 point more than Shinji though, making the Bears this episode’s winner. The Cats lose, meaning they finally have to send their first person home.

Futaba talks to the girls alliance and tells them about Akechi talking to Ken and about Yukari sabotaging the Cats, insinuating that Akechi’s falling back on old habits and betraying his team. The girls agree to vote Akechi. Futaba also tells Yusuke and Akechi to vote Ann. Akechi’s getting a tad sus but plays his part for now. Futaba throws her own vote on Ryuji.

4-3-1 vote, Ann goes home. Futaba mentions that she voted Akechi as intended. Akechi, noticing Futaba’s plan, claims to have voted Ryuji. Makoto and Haru are made to be suspicious of one another.

What do SEES and the Phantom Thieves do for Halloween?

I originally wasn’t gonna make a post about either of these groups but I will indulge you and only you because you always send me like the best asks ever.

SEES

Akihiko insists on wearing a costume that allows him to be shirtless every year. He doesn’t care how many times Mitsuru reminds him that it’s October and it’s cold outside and that he’s going to be complaining within 5 minutes of leaving the house. She’s right every year.

Mitsuru doesn’t fare much better though; no matter what her costume is she’s always wearing the tallest heels in the room and then regrets her decision because her feet hurt like hell and she can barely walk. Akihiko gets mad that she’s taller than him.

Ken and Koromaru dress up as Russell and Doug from Up. Shinjiro very reluctantly dresses up as Carl.

Per Fuuka’s suggestion, they all go to a haunted house together. What’s the worst that can happen? They’ve all handled Tartarus, surely they can handle some cheap fake scares

They were oh so very wrong.

Junpei screams before they even get through the door. The spiderweb decoration got caught on his hat and he couldn’t get it off. Shinjiro smacks the hat off him.

Akihiko and Ken try to match each other’s bravado and manage to make it about halfway through without screaming. They get so wound up that they both bump into Shinjiro at the same time and jump about a foot in the air.

Yukari quite literally jumps into Mitsuru’s arms at some point in the middle and Mitsuru just carries her the rest of the way through

Well, almost the rest of the way. Chainsaw guy came out from behind a door and Mitsuru dropped Yukari and ran. Heels and all.

Minato and Aigis are the only ones straight faced and completely fine most of the time. Aigis has sensors that detect anything ready to pop out at her so she’s never surprised.

The rest of them think Minato’s just too tough or watches a lot of horror movies but really he was just listening to music the whole time and not paying attention.

Surprisingly, Fuuka’s the one who ends up punching a performer and gets them kicked out.

Phantom Thieves

They all plan to have a Halloween party at Leblanc. Shenanigans ensue.

Sojiro tells Futaba she can put up decorations as long as she doesn’t scare the customers. She doesn’t listen and puts up whatever she wants.

Or rather, she makes Morgana put them up while she puts together the perfect Halloween playlist. Morgana gets tape stuck to his paws and does the little cat thing where they lose their shit.

Ryuji and Ann are in charge of bringing the snacks. Yusuke somehow hijacks them on the way to the party and eats half of everything.

Haru comes in the bloodiest costume you can imagine. They don’t even know what she’s supposed to be she just has an axe and is drenched head to toe in fake blood.

Ren takes Yusuke to a spirit Halloween for the first time and he launches into an angry rant about how cheaply all the costumes are made and how it’s an affront to the art world. They are promptly escorted from the premises.

Makoto shows up in possibly the most boring and impractical costume of all time. She’s an egg and she cannot make it through the door.

Ren tries to cook a “spooky” version of Sojiro’s curry. All he did was make it super spicy and add way too much orange food coloring. It looks and tastes like Chester Cheetah took a shit on a plate.

Akechi shows up uninvited dressed as Batman because he’s a stupid little nerd. He does the Batman voice until everyone gets sick of him and Ryuji throws him out.

headcanons for hamuko? :)

Oh boy do I

So first off generally I have a similar headcanon that I've seen quite a bit from other people. Mainly that she's starts off pretty closed off. Optimistic and acts pretty cheerful, but in reality she's a bit depressed. As events in the story unfold she gets more comfortable, and very very slowly she starts to open up more. (Though, she opens up to Yukari quite a bit earlier then anyone else)

Basically as she gets more close to everyone, that general optimism and cheerfulness eventually becomes genuine (er, most of the time, as you know lots of terrible and/or stressful stuff happens)

Hamuko, however does become very anxious and a bit stressed acting as the leader. Mostly because she does not, under any circumstances want someone to get hurt badly or killed. This stress and anxiousness generally translates into recklessness trying to protect people, or becoming extremely ruthless to anything that does manage to hurt someone even if it's a little.

All of that does compound when Shinjiro is shot, as it does truly put in the fear that her friends and partner are very much in danger of being killed. She cares a lot about everyone, and unfortunately this does make Junpei's snapping during that one December meeting makes her actually have a break down as even the mere idea that she put the people she cares about in danger is a bit too much (also, not directly related but the fact Yukari immediately defends Hamuko after this fuels my love for the pairing)

Okay let's just stop with the heavier HCs for now and focus on some of the happier ones I have for her

One, mainly is something Yukari figures put very quickly once they're together, Hamuko is actually very affectionate. She likes hugs and holding hands a lot, and generally just being close, which while already somewhat true with her friends, is much more profound in her when she's with Yukari.

Hamuko also is just kind of a dumbass when she's not in any responsibility role. Like she will do dumb stuff if she thought it would be fun (ex: that post I made a few months ago where she and Junpei got Akihiko to actually throw junpei just to see how strong Akihiko was), and while it is very to much to the dismay of Mitsuru, she is someone pretty much most people enjoy being around.

She likes cats a lot, very dismayed when she wasn't able to take in that cat she fed (and Koromaru was certainly a special case for being in the dorms) ((also another unrelated thing but I do say Elizabeth does adopt said cat herself))

since the remaster theory was basically debunked, here’s some things from the original that should be changed if one ever comes out:

all characters introduced post-madarame should have their social links reworked. every single one of them. makoto and haru’s especially bc makoto’s sl doesn’t even revolve around her growing as a person. that whole ‘im not just gonna do what adults tell me to do’ shit is complete bs bc she still does Just That. haru’s confidant is all over the place and weirdly rushed and flip-flops between ‘you should trust people!!’ and ‘not everyone is trustworthy.’

take out all older woman/mc romances. it’s gross, weird, and completely destroys the characterization of everyone involved, especially ohya and kawakami, who are shown to be good people despite being pedos if you take the romantic route somehow 🙃

take out the homophobic caricatures of gay men in shinjuku. its not funny and this game came out 2017 for fucks sake

similarly, give us a gay and female option. women like to play videogames, shockingly enough, and gay people. Exist.

a p4 situation should’ve been what happened for valentines day if you cheated on your gfs so it drives home the point that cheating is wrong and hurts people, despite what others may think

ryuji in terms of him outside his confidant needs to be completely reworked. his characterization during and post-kamoshida are two drastically different people. he went from someone who didn’t give a shit abt other’s appearances and genuinely being a good person to a superficial perv jackass

in general the plot needs a shit ton of refinement:

the nude modelling sub-plot and yusuke’s creepy behavior needs to be completely removed to avoid him coming off as a piece of shit right out of the gate.

makoto’s entire character needs to be reworked or replaced with hifumi bc a school president who doesn’t change at all with the exception of telling kobayakawa to fuck off (and ONLY him, bc after he dies she goes back to being straight-laced and a COP) is not a rebel. she’s what a failed naoto looks like

haru needs more characterization aside from sweet girl. we need to see more of her vicious and cruel side, which has been hinted at, but never fully explored. could be seen in relation to akechi killing her father, which for whatever reason is pushed aside to redeem him despite him not deserving it in the slightest

akechi should not have been redeemed. Full stop. he caused irreversible mental shutdowns, killed wakaba and okumura, and ruined the lives of both futaba and ohya, giving the latter life-long mental issues. i don’t give a shit if he had an absent father, it doesn’t excuse the fact that he willingly went over to shido’s side without any prompting. he was not manipulated or threatened, he even states himself his reason for hating him is that he was an absentee father. this honestly makes his actions worse in hindsight, bc he did this all for the purpose of getting back at him in such a miniscule and utterly insignificant way without giving a shit abt the people he destroyed in the process. akechi did not deserve redemption in any form, and was not a tragic villain - just a stupid one

the conflict between morgana and ryuji is also completely ridiculous, bc morgana is the aggressor for more than half of the situations presented, and ryuji only suddenly becomes a dick for the sake of this conflict despite only responding to morgana’s below-the-belt jabs in the past prior. not to mention his main reason for getting upset is because ryuji compliments futaba for her superior navigation skills...... which is true, bc futaba persona is a fucking navigator. morgana is meant to be a fighter and only took up a navi role bc no one else could, why the hell would he be better than futaba. honestly morgana was such an unlikeable character, i was actually glad he “died” near the end. says a lot abt the writing of the game if i end up hating a cat :/

Btw shido is also a terrible villain bc of how they shoehorned a puppetmaster trope into his character despite not really needing one. he didn’t need to have a connection to madarame or kaneshiro, everything else was good enough. he’s just so underwhelming as a villain :/

give lasting consequences to the characters? P4 and p3 did this way better, with all character deaths (sans morooka) having lasting effects on the characters and even serving as their primary motivations for some, and in p3’s case answering the primary question posed throughout the game (what is the meaning of death?) with the protagonist’s death, as he found the answer and found meaning in his fleeting life through death. when p5 ends, nothing really changes with the status quo, it’s all wordy bullshit that’s never shown to the viewers and only stated through observations by other characters. not a good thing for such an environmentally driven game

there needs to be more team interactions in non-serious settings. just let them be kids, please. not just for me, but bc we don’t really get to see them acting as a family, their strong bond is something that feels out-of-place and unnatural. this is especially true for haru, bc we are introduced to the interesting concept or her not trusting the pthieves at first. have her watch from the sidelines before eventually deciding that they’re good or whatever and formally become a pt in a cool way. Not just ‘now that morgana likes you i like you :)’

for the love of god, don’t romance-code the strength confidant. i shouldn’t need to explain this

also some more bits that are less pressing and more me just nitpicking:

haru’s voice. her japanese va sounds nothing like her english one, and you would be forgiven for thinking she’s 12 with that voice. an entire layer of her character is removed with her cutesy uwu voice bc her regal appearance and demeanor was meant to contrast her vicious attitude and fighting style. get smoked kid also needs to have a va change - kid sounds like he’s a 65 yr-old granny

morgana does not make a good magician, bc all he ever guides us with is in the tutorial, then he becomes the ‘idk what tf is going on either lmao’ guy. yosuke’s role as a guide in p4 was through emotional means, and serving as the connection between city and country life to the protagonist. he is literally your partner. junpei is your guide to living life to the fullest without being tied down to your past - something vital in such a depressing game like p3, with characters whose pasts define their presents with a very much No Fun Allowed attitude.

the fortune confidant being a fortune teller is just... lazy :/ really?

[Karma is “translating” Chisa’s instructions for Jirami] Chisa: Pants and shirts go in the… oh, forget about it. Just throw everything into cardboard boxes. Karma, can you really translate all that? Karma: For sure, miss Yukizome! Karma: [in Spanish] The marijuana goes in the top drawer. The cocaine and speed go in the second drawer. And the heroin goes in the bottom drawer. Always separate the drugs.

Junko: Why did you decide to change your name anyways? Jirami: Well… I have my own reasons. Junko: Jeebus, what an argument. You’d have totally won one of Yuuko’s non-stop debates right away. Bravo girl.

Jirami and Sonia are talking in english. They see Karma approaching and change to japanese Karma: Wow, I totally don’t speak English and didn’t understand you already.

Karma: about to fight with Rogue for practice Look, I think it’s only fair to warn you that I’m practiced in the ancient art of���.ORIGAMI! Rogue: paper folding? Karma: …oh I was hoping you wouldn’t know what that was….

Mike: [To Maverick] if I’m going to be forced to work with you, I call the shots. Maverick: you most certainly do~ Maverick: right in the leg.

Naomi: You know your voice is kind of nice when your mouth isn’t screwing it up. Karma: Yeah and your looks are kind of pretty. When your face isn’t screwing it up.

Kyoko: Hey, hey, hey. Can you work a TV camera? Mahiru: Work a camera? I AM the camera.

Ryokai [dressed like a witch] : I’m not a witch! I’m not a witch! Kyoji: ehh… but you are dressed like one. Ryokai: They dressed me up like this! All: naah no we didn’t… no. Ryokai: And this isn’t my nose, it’s a false one. (Kyoji lifts up carrot) Kyoji: Well? Karma: Well we did do the nose Kyoji: The nose? Karma: …And the hat, but he is a witch! Rogue: Maverick, you DO know that normal people don’t just “walk off” a twenty-foot fall, right? Maverick: so all those times I pushed Ted off a building and he was all like “Ahhhh!” he wasn’t just being funny? Ted: no. Junko: I thought it was funny, Maverick. Maverick: finger guns

Kyoji: This never would have happened if your father was alive. Kin: He’s dead? Kyoji: Yes… Kin: And my mother? Kyoji: She died of pneumonia while… [Remembers] Kyoji: Oh, you were away! Kin: My brothers? Kyoji: There were all killed by the plague. Kin: My dog, Pongo? Kyoji: Run over by a carriage. Kin: My goldfish, Goldie? Kyoji: Eaten by the cat. Kin: [on the verge of tears] My cat? Kyoji: Choked on the goldfish. [pause] Kyoji: Oh, it’s good to be home, ain’t it, Kin?

Ethos: Oh Mike! [hugging a replica statue of the Venus de Milo] Ethos: You lost your arms in battle! But you grew some nice boobs. Mike: Ethos, I’m over here.

How I think P3D should go down pt 3.

(prev/pt 2) Wow, part 3 so fast after we had to wait 2 months for part 2? Welp when Atlus says they have new announcements planned coming up….I realized I gotta write this as fast as possible (good thing this is just a general idea/summary instead of a fanfic 8U) Plus I still have to do those (2) P5 Arena game summaries (which will be a lot shorter as I just only have the general plot, but I can’t do it till I finish the P3D thing). But yeah be this prediction right or wrong, god forbid that at least one thing in here is predicted and I didn’t get a chance to write it down (and I don’t want that to happen again so yeah 8U)

Ok so the scene opens up with a montage of the SOs investigating the city. They later meet up to debrief on what they’ve found. In the end they didn’t ifnd anything, tho Junpei, who was assigned to a museum, makes a quip “I hope this place burns to the ground so I don’t have to go in there ever again.” Aigis/Labyrs will also make a quip that she met a talking dog/cat while investigating. Mitsuru states that maybe they should rendezvous with Yu, Naoto, and Rise tomorrow (as Yu and Naoto will be arriving/free tomorrow evening, and Rise will also have a break tomorrow evening as well), she says according to Rise they will be welcomed at the studio so they will meet up there. And the scene ends.

(hey hey anyone picking up on my hints as to where the setting takes place? 8U)

The next scene is a montage happening over at Ni’s side, where she is running around yet again (going from training, to teaching lessons, to showing off assignments, doing coffee runs, to even taking up new assignments cause her fellow coworkers are like “ehhh you can do it better anyways, btw I need it by next week”) She has an energetic smile on her face as she accepts each request, tho you can hear in her voice get a little more tired each time. At the end you hear her mumbling about still not getting the letter. The scene ends, ending day 3.

(ok ok, phew set up is about done guys I swear, now we’re getting to the catalyst that starts off what’s going to lead into the dance battle shadow stuff I swear ;w; )

 The scene opens up with Ni feeling a lot more upbeat. She states she has a good feeling that her letter will arrive today (she also arranged her mail to be delivered/forward to her at the studio as opposed to her apartment that day). Everything is going great at work too. Later in the afternoon she has a lesson with Maiko, which goes over very well. As the leave the room they were in, the front desk secretary runs up to her and gives her a letter, the letter Ni had been waiting for. Ni, excited, is about to open a letter when a fellow coworker storms up to her. He starts yelling at her where was the stuff she was suppose to work on for him. Ni claims she didn’t have anything assigned to her by him nor had he asked her to do anything. Her internal monologue states that her coworker is probably trying to cover his own ass by pushing the blame onto her (I should note that up until this point, she kept all her negative emotions out of her internal monologues). She attempts reason with her coworker in a calm manner but in the end he pushes all the blame onto her. She keeps a calm façade but in her internal monologues she is fuming. Trying not to be shaken and to get away from the stares that her fellow coworkers were throwing at her, she darts off to a different part of the building. She begins to open up the letter (now this is where I wouldn’t mind an animated cutscene, or at least a partial one towards the end but yeah):

Ni: Finally! *opens letter* Now let’s see…. We have regret to inform you that- Ni: *shocked ellipses* Ni: *now panicked/in turmoil* W-what? I…I don’t understand….I got the top mark on the exam….W-wh-why didn’t I get in???? Ni: *racing thoughts* Nononono calm down there’s still time, it’ll just take a little longer than planned-BUT I DON’T HAVE TIME! Each precious second that slips away makes it that much farther out of your reach-But if I graduate both undergrad and grad school at the top of my class while acing the exam a few more times all while maintaining this demanding job it’ll show off my work ethic and maybe courry favor with-NO! Have you learnt nothing, this kind of thing has happened before and you know how that turned out. Padding that resume of yours won’t do you any good, they’ve already made up their minds about you-Nonono if I just work a little harder I can still do this, there must be another way maybe-THERE IS NO OTHER WAY! You’ll never get it now, you might as well end yo- (Familiar, probably Rise’s) nearby voice (which cuts off Ni’s thought process): Kirijo-san! It’s so great to see you again. Ni: *snaps out of it, shocked* What? A coworker/boss’s voice: Ahhh, Kirijo-san it really is a pleasure for you to come by, may I give you a tour? Mitsuru: No that is quite alright, Kujikawa can show us around just fine I believe. Rise: Ahhh yeah I think I can manage that. Ni: *still shocked* No way….*as if possessed she slowly starts to walk towards the voices that are around the corner* Ni: *thinking* No way…so….so soon? Junpei: *whose voice starts growing closer* Well let’s get this tour going Rissette! Here I’ll lead the wa-AHRG! *junpei had rounded the corner and slammed into Ni* Junpei: Nnnnggg HEY! Why don’t you watch where your go-oh! Oh um, sorry about that Miss. Ni: *looking down at her butt and rubbing it, thinking* Ow, hey you were the one running indoors….. Aigis: Junpei-san, I believe this was all your fault. I think you need to apologize more properly. *leans down with her hand out* Hello, can you stand? Ni: Hm? *slowly looks up and meets Aigis’ eyes* Ni: *gasps as intense fear and panick flood her eyes* Aigis: *finally looking into the girls’ eyes, matching her intensity with her own confusion* H-huh? Ni: *we see flashes of fire and a wrecked car flood her mind, with a far off blonde figure amidst it all* Ni: *starts to back away like a cornered animal* No..NO! STAY AWAY! *starts to scramble to her feet* I DON’T WANT TO DIE! *runs off* *The rest of the SOs plus Rise round the corner wondering what the fuss is about* Yukari: What on earth was that?! Junpei, what did you do? Junepi: I-I didn’t do anything damnit! Akihiko: W-who cares let’s just go after her! *everyone starts to run off after her but Aigis* Aigis: That girl….where have I….? *shakes it off and runs after Ni as well*

Back to Ni, we see her running through the halls frantically (even passing by Maiko on the way). She ends up near a private bathroom and flings herself into it and locks the door. She leans over the sink, she’s starting to visibly sweat. Her mind keeps flashing between Aigis, Mitsuru’s name, the fire-y car, the rejection letter, and it just keeps going around and around faster and faster (as this also happens, it flashes to the SOs who are still chasing after her, but now the world is flashing between the normal world and the Dark Hour at a rapid pace) until it’s broken by someone placing two hands on her shoulders. The problem is that the hands are coming from in front of her, you know…..where there is a sink and a wall…and a mirror. She slowly looks up and sees the disembodied arms leading to the mirror where supposedly her reflection is. Her reflection looks at her, eyes turning yellow, with a twisted smile. “Oh you poor child….. You’re hurt, so so hurt. Those horrible people…..but don’t worry…..I can help you.” With that she pulls Ni inti the mirror as Ni let’s out an ear piercing shriek.

Seeing that the door is locked, the SOs break it down the door to see Ni is nowhere to be found.

(really gonna end it there? Yeah well the next one or two parts I’m gonna blast through and it’ll be even more summarized so yeah…trying to finish this before March 26 so yeah sorry ;w;)
